This page explains five things: what we store, why we use it, who receives it, how long it stays, and how you can delete it. It covers the same topics as the Safety center in more detail.

What we store

  • Account information: your ⁨Fantasy Workshop⁩ account ID, provided by ⁨Fantasy Workshop⁩ when you sign in with Telegram, and your pillow nickname, avatar, preferred name, and About me. On first sign-in, your nickname comes from your ⁨Fantasy Workshop⁩ nickname or Telegram name. We do not receive your Telegram password or phone number.
  • Your story and private chats, and what characters remember.
  • Characters and settings you create, images you upload or generate, and voices you have played.
  • Your likes, follows, notifications, and reported content.
  • Credit spending, orders, and redemption records. Your balance and membership are stored by ⁨Fantasy Workshop⁩.
  • Login records: when and how you signed in, the network address and browser identifier at the time, and the network address used at registration.
  • The time zone reported by your browser, when you confirmed you were at least ⁨18⁩, and the terms version you accepted.
  • For reports made without signing in, the network address is stored with the report.

Images you upload

  • Before storing uploaded images, we remove attached information such as shooting location, time, and device model. The picture itself is unchanged.

How we use it

  • To provide features: continue your chats, let characters remember what you said, and display your characters and works.
  • To charge credits, reconcile records, and process orders.
  • To prevent abuse, such as limiting registrations from one network in a short period.
  • To handle reports.
  • We do not sell your chats or personal information or use them for advertising. The site has no ads and no third-party analytics or tracking code.

Who receives it

  • Model services generate character replies, images, and voices. To generate replies, we send your message, earlier chats, character settings, and the preferred name and About me you provided; private chats also include your local time. For images, we send the scene description and reference images, including uploaded references. For voices, we send the text to read. When the highest membership tier recalls old messages by meaning, earlier original chat text is also sent. We do not send these services your account ID or login information.
  • Deleting chats or your account cannot recall content already sent to those services. Their own rules determine how they retain it.
  • ⁨Fantasy Workshop⁩ stores accounts, credits, memberships, and orders. For each credit charge, we tell it which account, how many credits, and what action happened on which card, such as one chat turn. At sign-in, we also send your network address to prevent abuse and keep login records.
  • Payments are completed through the ⁨Fantasy Workshop⁩ checkout and its payment providers. We do not receive your payment account or bank card details. When ordering, your network address is sent to the checkout to prevent fraud.
  • Cloud providers host the website and data on their servers and storage, keeping them for us.
  • People reviewing reports can see the reported content.
  • Failure alerts go to our own operations group on Telegram. They contain only identifiers, numbers, and categories, not chat content.
  • Apart from the cases above, we disclose data only when legally required.

How long data stays

  • Unless you delete it, we keep it so you can continue chatting at any time.
  • Deleting a chat or character makes it inaccessible immediately. Deleted chats are cleared from the database within ⁨30⁩ days. Image and voice files from chats, including undone turns, and text settings and images of deleted characters currently remain with us, inaccessible to anyone. We are adding scheduled cleanup.
  • For account deletion, data stays for ⁨30⁩ days after the request, during which signing in with the same Telegram can restore the account. After ⁨30⁩ days, chats, character memories, your characters and images including files, likes, follows, notifications, and settings are deleted.
  • After account deletion, we retain: credits and membership on your ⁨Fantasy Workshop⁩ account, which are unaffected; spending, order, redemption, and task reward records; reported content and your report notes; login records and the network address used at registration.
  • The database is backed up daily, with backups kept for up to ⁨35⁩ days. Deleted data may therefore remain in backups for up to ⁨35⁩ more days before being cleared automatically.
  • Deleted image files remain in storage for another ⁨7⁩ days before final removal, to protect against accidental deletion.
  • Operational logs are kept for ⁨90⁩ days and do not contain chat content.

What you can do

  • View, edit, and delete what characters remember in chat settings.
  • Delete chats, characters you created, and works you generated.
  • Delete your account at the bottom of My account.

Cookies and browser storage

  • A cookie is used for sign-in. Your browser also stores small items such as unsent drafts, notices you have seen, and pending logins and orders. They are not used to track you.

Minors

  • pillow is not intended for minors, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

  • The version at the top changes when material details change, including what is stored, who receives it, or how long it is retained.
