pillow is an adult website for chatting and playing stories with fictional characters. Read this page before use. By signing in or continuing to use the site, you agree to these terms. The site is currently in public beta.

Who can use the site

  • You must be at least ⁨18⁩ years old. Minors cannot use pillow.
  • If we discover that a minor is using an account, we will disable it.

Everything here is fictional

  • Characters, conversations, images, and voices are fictional content generated by AI. Characters are not real people. What they say is not factual or professional medical, legal, or financial advice.
  • Every character here is an adult, and their age is shown on the card. See Content rules for what is and is not allowed.

Accounts

  • Sign in with Telegram. Your account, credits, and membership are shared with ⁨Fantasy Workshop⁩: the same account, credit balance, and membership work on both sites.
  • Accounts registered through different methods are separate and cannot be merged.
  • Anyone who can sign in to your Telegram can sign in to your account here. Keep it secure. Do not open login links or scan login QR codes sent by someone else: doing so signs that person in to your account.

Credits and membership

  • There are two kinds of credits. Purchased credits never expire. Gifted credits, including signup, check-in, and task rewards, each have their own expiry date; those expiring soonest are spent first.
  • The page shows the cost before each credit charge. If generation fails, is interrupted, or is blocked by a model service, all credits for that attempt are returned. Successfully generated content is not refunded, including if you later undo or delete it.
  • Membership benefits are those shown on the purchase page at that time. We may adjust the credit cost of a chat turn or image; the price shown at the time applies.
  • Each account and the site as a whole have daily spending limits to prevent software errors and abuse. Once a limit is reached, spending pauses until midnight Beijing time. No credits are charged for the blocked attempt.

Purchases and refunds

  • Products and prices are the same as ⁨Fantasy Workshop⁩. Payment is completed at the ⁨Fantasy Workshop⁩ checkout, and credited purchases can be used on both sites.
  • Credits and memberships are virtual goods. Once credited, they are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • If you paid but nothing arrived, check My account first. Orders update automatically.

What you write and upload

  • Characters you create, text you write, and images you upload are yours. You must ensure you have the right to use them.
  • To provide the features, we store this content and send the parts needed for generation to model services for processing. See the Privacy policy.
  • Currently, characters you create are visible only to you, and only you can play with them.

What you must not do

  • Do not create underage characters. See Content rules.
  • Do not use software to register accounts in bulk or farm gifted credits. Do not attack or disrupt the site.

Enforcement

  • We may remove content or disable accounts that violate these terms or the Content rules. If a character you created is removed, images generated for that character are deleted too. Spent credits are not refunded.

The service can change

  • The site is in public beta. Features may be added, changed, or removed; maintenance and failures may occur. We will do our best to protect your data, but cannot guarantee that errors or interruptions will never happen.

Account deletion

  • You can delete your account at any time at the bottom of My account. See the Privacy policy and Safety center for what is removed, what remains, and for how long.

These terms can be updated

  • The version at the top of this page changes when material terms change, including money, data recipients, retention, or the firm content boundary. Continuing to use the site afterward means you accept the new version.
