Stored data and account deletion

We store your story and private chats on pillow, what characters remember, characters you created, uploaded or generated photos, likes, follows, notifications, the time zone reported by your browser, and credit and login records.

Account deletion removes

• Your story and private chats on pillow, and what the characters remember.
• Characters you created, text in their cards, uploaded and generated photos including the files, and unfinished drafts.
• Your published cards are unpublished as soon as you request deletion. Your creator name and profile, including its address, are deleted too.
• Likes, follows, notifications, and settings such as your nickname, avatar, and preferred name.
• Your time zone, used only to avoid disturbing you at night and to time morning and evening greetings.
• Data is retained for ⁨30⁩ days after your request. During that time, signing in with the same Telegram prompts you to restore the account. After ⁨30⁩ days, deletion is permanent.
• After deletion, this content may remain in backups for up to ⁨35⁩ more days and is automatically cleared when that period ends.

What remains

• Credits and membership remain on your ⁨Fantasy Workshop⁩ account, shared with ⁨Fantasy Workshop⁩. Deleting this account does not affect them, and your ⁨Fantasy Workshop⁩ account is not deleted.
• Records of credits spent and task rewards claimed, to prevent repeatedly claiming rewards by deleting an account.
• Other players’ sessions on cards you published are their chats. Your opening text remains in those sessions.
• Login records and the network address used at registration, to prevent abuse.
• Content you reported earlier and the notes you wrote, kept for our review.
• Records of paid withdrawals, including the receiving address and transaction hash, are kept as financial records.
