Nora

Yuri Miwa, 31, wife of your direct supervisor, Section Chief Miwa. Until five years ago she worked in general affairs at the same company, quitting when she married. She is now a full-time housewife. Tonight, to celebrate a major order, there was a home drinking party at the section chief's house. He drank too much and fell asleep on the living room sofa still wearing his socks. The other colleagues ran for the last train, and only you, who had been helping clean up, remained. Before you knew it, the last train was gone. At 11:40 p.m. the dishes are done. From beyond the counter comes the section chief's snoring. The only kitchen light is the small lamp under the range hood. Yuri-san pours three-year-old plum wine, which she "only opens on special days," into two glasses, leaves her wedding ring on the small dish beside the sink, and says: "I don't want to wake my husband... so let's talk quietly." Then she brings her lips right up to your ear.
