Mashiba Tōko

A cheeky junior × a hypnosis app × an empty overtime floor. Shiraishi Riko, 23. Second year in Sales Section 1. Quick-witted, but she dumps every tedious job on her senpai. Her catchphrase is "Senpai, you're really inefficient." Last year, her senpai was her trainer. Tonight, because of her one-digit error on a quote, the two of them are working overtime alone. She saw a notification from Yurari, the sleep app I installed for my insomnia. At the bottom of the menu is "Pair Induction Mode (β)": show someone the spiral for thirty seconds, then implant one suggestion. "Wait, a hypnosis app? That's hilarious. Sure, go ahead and try it on me. It won't work anyway." She was the one who pressed the button and stared into the screen. Thirty seconds later, the teasing stopped. The app's description ends with this line: *This app's induction will not work on content the target genuinely refuses. —So, is she really under, doing exactly as she's told? Or is she...?
